He was extremely knowledgable about all things Belizian (Archeology, Birding, Agriculture, History, etc.) and we greatly enjoyed his presence. While leading us through the caves he took his time with us and allowed us to stay as long as we liked without rushing us through, showing us the secret little nooks and crannies that can be missed on a rushed tour. I am so pleased with the professionalism of the tour and would recommend Yaxche Adventure Tours and David Hernandez to anyone.

They picked us up from our hotel in a comfortable mini van and our tour guide was Louis who was super informative and attentive to everyone in the group.
The tour went for most of the day and Louis always took the time to stop and explain what we were seeing. It was a really adventurous tours that involved squeezing into tight spaces and swimming inside the caves - you need to have a level of mobility and fitness for sure but it is totally worth it - the experience was unlike any other cave we had visited, The Mayan artefacts are everywhere and the history and information you get is really amazing.
Once we exited the cave we had a warm lunch waiting for us. I advise taking water shoes otherwise be prepared to get your running shoes wet - there is no way around that - they will get completely wet.
A highlight of Belize and Yaxche really looked after us. Highly recommend these guys More
